NFSMI: Utilizing the Cafeteria as a Classroom

The school cafeteria can easily be the largest classroom on a school campus. It provides a valuable venue where school nutrition professionals can assist teachers and parents in encouraging children to make wise food choices that will contribute to a healthy lifestyle. This course is designed to provide school nutrition professionals with the tools and resources that will enable them to develop and enhance a school nutrition program that will be recognized as an integral part of the education system.
